Meet your private tour guide and discover the ancient civilization from the most famous archaeological sites along the Riverbank in Luxor East Bank: Karnak Temple. No other site in Egypt has an impressive scale over the Karnak temple. The Temple of Luxor was the center of the annual celebrations, the festival of Opet. Built largely by Amenhotep III and Rameses II, the temple served as a setting for the rituals of the festival. As part of your 8-day Nile cruise and Marsa Alam beach holiday packages, you'll head back to the cruise and overnight on board.

Meals are provided for Lunch. Dinner.

Day 2

The final resting place of Egypt’s rulers from the 18th to the 20th dynasty, it is home to tombs including the great Pharaoh Ramses II and boy Tutankhamun. The tombs were well stocked with all the material goods a ruler might need in the next world. Most of the decoration inside the tombs is still well preserved. Hatshepsut Temple is one of the most beautiful & best preserved of all of the temples of Ancient Egypt. The temple was built on three levels with two wide ramps in a central position joining the levels together. Colossi of Memnon, Two massive stone statues of King Amenhotep III are the only remains of a complete mortuary temple. The statues are made from blocks of quartzite sandstone which exist in Cairo and then moved 700 KM to Luxor. Sail to Esna and Edfu. Overnight in Edfu. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch. Dinner

Day 3

After breakfast, move to explore The Temple of God Horus: Edfu temple is considered the most preserved Greco-Roman temple all over Egypt, and on its walls portrayed a “Play” that shows the overcoming of Horus over the devil god Seth. As part of your unforgettable Egypt trips, you will then sail to Kom Ombo to visit Kom Ombo Temple: A temple overlooking the Nile. This temple is divided into 2 temples with 2 entrances, 2 hypostyle halls, and 2 sanctuaries.

Day 4

The High Dam was built across the Nile at Aswan. The High Dam was constructed between 1960 and 1970 and has had a significant effect on the economy and culture of Egypt. The Unfinished Obelisk: The largest known ancient obelisk. It was ordered by Hatshepsut (1508–1458 BC), possibly to complement the Lateran Obelisk (which was originally at Karnak and was later brought to the Lateran Palace in Rome). As part of exploring the best tourist places in Aswan, you can also visit the Philae temple, which is dedicated to the goddess Isis of Love and beauty. The temple complex was dismantled and relocated to nearby Agilkia Island as part of the UNESCO Nubia Campaign project, protecting this and other complexes before the 1970 completion of the Aswan High Dam. Overnight on board the cruise.
