Your second day in 6-days Luxury Jordan tour starts with a rich breakfast, and we will head north to Jerash, the ancient Roman city in Jordan—a wonderful city located at the foot of Mount Gilead in Jordan. Jerash is one of the largest and most excellently kept Roman archaeological sites in the Middle East. Explore the magnificent colonnaded street in Jerash, the iconic Oval Plaza, the Nymphaeum fountain, and the majestic Temple of Artemis in Jerash, all offering a fascinating glimpse into the grandeur of the Roman Empire in Jordan.

Then, you will return to Amman, where you'll study Roman and Islamic history in Jordan. Visit the Amman Citadel, one of the most important archaeological sites in Jordan; the ancient Roman Theater in Amman; and the Jordanian Folklore Museum, each of which embodies Jordan's rich cultural heritage. Finally, we'll transfer you to your hotel in Amman.

After enjoying a hearty breakfast, you will check out of your hotel in Amman and be met by your tour manager for a drive to Mount Nebo; a key destination where Moses was said to have viewed the Promised Land before passing away. At Mount Nebo, one will visit the ancient monastery and enjoy panoramic views of the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, Jericho, and Jerusalem.

Next, we are going to travel to Madaba, famous for its remarkable 6th-century mosaic map of Palestine, located inside St. George's Church.As we drive along the historical King's Way in Jordan, we stop briefly at Wadi Al-Mujib, which is a spectacular valley with some really incredible geological formations. Our last point for the day will be at Kerak, where we will visit the famous Crusader Castle built between 1132-1134 A.D. by King Baldwin I of Jerusalem. After this, we shall drive to Petra for an overnight stay as part of this Luxury Jordan Tour.

During Day 4 of your Jordan luxury travel tours, sit for an exquisite breakfast before enjoying a scenic 2.5-hour journey to Petra, which is regarded as the most iconic site in all of Jordan. Established as a city by the Nabataean Arabs in the 6th century B.C., this rose-red marvel is known for its extraordinary façades carved straight from the mountain cliffs. At the visitor center, you enter into a long 700-meter walk leading to the Siq, which is a breathtaking gorge that spans 1200 meters in length and is adorned with the most brilliant colors by nature overhead. The cliffs rise more than 80 meters high above you as they guide you towards the magnificent Treasury.

Upon exiting Siq, prepare to be captivated by the unrivaled beauty of Petra, undeniably one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. This ancient city truly stays in the soul. Leave Petra behind, returning once more through the Siq, and back to your hotel in Petra for an overnight stay.

On the fifth day of the Luxury Jordan Tour, you will check out after breakfast, and your tour manager will meet you at your hotel in Petra. Commence your journey by driving toward the Baptism Site (Bethany), the hallowed place of Jesus Christ's baptism by St. John the Baptist. This hallowed area is now ranked among the three most important pilgrimage destinations in Catholicism.

Next, we will continue our exploration by heading to Mukawir (Machaerus), the historic stronghold of Herod Antipas, known as the location where St. John the Baptist was imprisoned following the famous dance of Salome. We conclude our day's journey at the Dead Sea, the lowest point on Earth. known for its vast mineral resources—the main reason that people seek it for health and beauty. As a natural phenomenon, the salinity of the water makes sure no life can exist here; thus, it is called "Dead Sea."

The unique properties of the Dead Sea mud offer excellent therapeutic treatments. Historically, both Queen Cleopatra and Queen Sheba are said to have recognized the value of the area and used its rejuvenating waters. You will have the chance to float effortlessly in the waters and relax with a mud treatment, a perfect way to unwind. In the evening, we’ll transfer you to your hotel by the Dead Sea for an overnight stay.
