Itinerary

Day 1

Welcome to Istanbul! Our representative will meet and transfer you to your preferred Hotel on arrival. Sleep well on your Brilliant start in this whirlwind city on your first night You have been written with accommodation.

Day 2

Enjoy breakfast then enjoy the remainder of the day free, with the choice of joining an optional full-day Istanbul Magic shore excursion. Hagia Sophia is an amazing, splendid work of Byzantine art and a treasured jewel to the city.

Lunch in the Sultanahmet area, then drive up to the charming Blue Mosque for its butterscotch-colored beauty and harmonious proportions accompanied by a covered walkway on one side.

In the afternoon, meander through the more than 4,000 stalls of the Grand Bazaar, which is one of the oldest and biggest markets in the world.

End of an exhilarating day, back at your hotel for accommodation.

Day 3

Begin your day with breakfast and then a free day to explore Istanbul on your own, or choose the optional full-day excursion to keep discovering more about the city with us. This tour goes to many golden objects in the gigantic Topkapi Palace, the residence of the Ottoman sultans for over 400 years, and its Treasury together with miraculously kept possessions

In the Hippodrome there will be the Obelisk of Theodosius; Serpentine Column; Emperor Wilhelm V; where the fountain resides (now called "Obelisco romano"), the Egyptian Obelisk walk after all.

Day 4

Proceed to the colorful Balat neighborhood for a peek at the larger-than-life multi-hued houses, a popular tourist destination for breakfast. Followed by a breathtaking boat cruise along the Bosphorus which separates Europe and Asia. Cruise between the sultan's palaces and old wooden houses to witness the beauty of Istanbul from a different angle.

Then go to Spice Bazaar a historic market of spices and exotic smells with a rich history. This is the rest of the day at your disposal you can visit the majestic Süleymaniye Mosque standing on Eminonu hill.

In the afternoon, continue across the famous Bosphorus Bridge to the Beylerbey Palace, located at the Asian shore where remain luxurious Ottoman decorations. Visit the rooftop of Çamlica Hill, the highest point in Istanbul for almost 360-degree views. Back at the hotel and overnight stay

Day 5

After breakfast, drive to Ankara by the scenic route which takes you through the Bolu mountains on a bus. During the journey, enjoy the beautiful landscapes and reflections on your past Europe trips. Upon arrival, you will reach the political capital of Turkey and then arrive in Anıtkabir (the tomb of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the Turkish Republic). In the late afternoon, arrive at the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 6

Head over to Ankara Castle (on a hill, which allows for great city views) where you can have a meal for breakfast at the hotel and then visit. European travel guides often highlight this as one of the most recognizable landmarks in the city, a medieval fortress castle enclosed by walls. Take a walk in the district Hamamönü, famous for its Ottoman and Seljuk houses too.

Yet another day to spend in the afternoon heading off from Ankara to Cappadocia (your journey goes by the Salt Lake, the second largest lake in Turkey, and one of its famous salt-producing areas). Arrive in Cappadocia for dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 7

Following breakfast, you will be given the choice to go for a hot air balloon ride over Cappadocia at dawn, the best way of experiencing these surreal landscapes. Follow that with a look at this incredible church and monastery UNESCO World Heritage Site, hewn from rock with frescoes all over the place.

Afterward, Göreme will be one of your most visited spots and you may feel in a Grand Canyon with so many frescoes, yet the best way to discover this landscape is through Güvercinlik Valley (Pigeon Valley) having the view of the Uchisar Castle on top of volcanic rock.

Explore and walk around carpet, kilim workshop for local craftsmanship as well as jewelry and decorations made from precious stones in a workshop.

In the evening you have the choice to watch a Turkish folk dance show and get a feel for the local culture! Dinner, overnight in Cappadocia

Day 8

Following breakfast, you fly to Istanbul again for the day. When you're ready to relax and explore, things to do in Istanbul await, as you return to the historic cities of Istanbul. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel for check-in with the rest of the day at leisure. Accommodation included.

Day 9

Right after breakfast, at the time you will be picked up for your flight to the airport. On the way, you will reflect on all the amazing Istanbul attractions that made this trip worth remembering for you. Also, the end of our services, privileged memories of your travel through Turkey.
