4 Days Tour in Istanbul

Breakfast will prepare you for yet another exciting day. After that, you are free to explore! Alternatively, you can select to join an all-day guided tour of Istanbul that will immerse you deeply into the city with its glorious past and fabulous architecture. The day will begin with a visit to the magnificent Hagia Sophia, which is a masterpiece of Byzantine art, followed by a view of the extravagant Topkapi Palace however, dear sultans only wonder about the splendid treasures and most revered relics! Lunch will consist of traditional Turkish fare in a local restaurant, in the Sultanahmet district.

In the afternoon, you shall go to admire the fabulous Blue Mosque, a true wonder of balance, proportion, and elegance. Walk through the Hippodrome, where you'll find some interesting ancient monuments, such as the Obelisk of Theodosius, the Serpentine Column, the Fountain of Wilhelm II, and the Egyptian Obelisk. A visit to the Grand Bazaar will conclude your journey, an endless maze of 4,000 shops within which you will find an enticing atmosphere of color, smell, and treasures. After that, you will return to your hotel for overnight accommodation.

After breakfast, cross for a panoramic ride in Balat, a quaint little district, famous for its colorful houses and rich cultural history. After this, a refreshing cruise along the Bosphorus will be undertaken, where you will explore the beauty of Istanbul lying on two continents. Along the way, admire Ottoman palaces, traditional wooden houses, and breathtaking views.

Next comes the Spice Bazaar, one of the historical bazaars that have dealt with spices and exotic goods for over 500 years. Spend a while just admiring the color stalls.

The rest of the day is at your leisure, or you may wish to do an excursion to the fabulous Suleymaniye Mosque, which is atop a hill in Eminonu. Afterward, cross the Bosphorus Bridge to explore the beautiful Beylerbeyi Palace, an incredibly beautiful Ottoman palace situated on the Asia side of Istanbul. Much of the original decoration remains untouched in this little-kept secret. Proceed to Çamlıca Hill, the highest point in Istanbul, boasting a panoramic view of the city. Overnight at the hotel.
